Population Growth – 6th Place!

The annual Census Bureau report of population growth ranks Idaho in sixth place nationally.  Between July 2007 and July 2008, the state grew by 1.8%.  Six of the ten top states are located in the Rocky Mountain Region of the country.  Utah placed first, with an increase of 2.5%.

Office of Ecosystem Services
